For Sarah Jessica Parker, exercise means more then any diet in the world. She says that exercises  with diet are the best way of looking good. She doe not eat carbohydrates, and she does not have a certain program of exercises, she just increases every kind of exercises as much as she can.  She eats low-carbohydrates, and high protein food, she eats lots of fruits and vegetables.

At breakfast, Sarah drinks some glasses of ice tea, for lunch she eats some eggs with bacon being a fan of the “brunch”, and for evening she has roast lamb, fish or chicken.
