Madonna’s diet

Madonna is addicted to the macrobiotic diet. The macrobiotic diet is a low fat and high fiber diet, it looks like the vegetarian diet. For Madonna the macrobiotic diet is more a food philosophy then a diet. It is more a maintaining weight diet then a losing weight diet.


It does not need a certain program, you only eat when you are hungry, but being rich in grains, vegetables and fish, this feeling does not shows up to often. The rules of this diet are: do not cook with electricity and chew your food at least 50 times. For breakfast Madonna eats porridge oats made with water, at lunch she has watercress soup, and for dinner she has brown rice, green lentils and fish.
