Liz Hurley fallows the hay diet
The Hay diet was made by Dr Hay, who revealed a diet based on mixing food. It means to eat food in its natural form, but without mixing it with proteins. Liz was one of the biggest fans of this diet before getting first time pregnant.
Because the body digests the carbohydrates and proteins in different ways, it is the greatest rule of the Hay diet, of not eating carbohydrates and proteins together.
For breakfast, Liz has one boiled egg and a light yogurt. At lunch she has grilled chicken breast with steamed vegetables. For dinner she has baked beans with potatoes and a mix salad
