Lisa Kudrow’s diet

Dr Andrew is the one that invented this diet. The rules of this diet are to avoid red meat, to eat carbohydrates in small peaces, to eat fruits and leaf vegetables.


For this diet you can also eat fish, fresh potatoes, fruits, light cheese and yogurt, foods cooked in olive oil, and you must drink lots of green tea. For breakfast Lisa eats one fresh fruit and one light yogurt.

For lunch she chooses pasta made with olive oil, and at dinner she serves fish, potatoes and vegetables.

The Weil diet also means a good sleep, out-the-door exercises, and positives thoughts. For Andrew Weil, this diet is more a lifestyle mixed with lots of extern factors.
