The foot massage below can be a complete treatment in itself, or for maximum pampering you can follow your massage with a few reflexology techniques
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Sitting in a comfortable, supportive chair or couch, or on the floor, place the outside ankle ofyour left foot on your right thigh.
2. Rub a drop of oil or lotion between your hands to warm it up, then gently stroke and rub your foot until it’s covered with the oil or lotion.
Few things feel more soothing than a good foot massage. With more than 70,000 nerve endings in your feet, it’s no wonder that reducing tension and fatigue in your feet promotes relaxation and revitalization throughout your entire body. Your feet deserve some attention. Most people throw on their socks and shoes every morning without ever thinking about their feet.
Many cosmetic companies now have special foot care lines, so it shouldn’t be hard to find plenty of products for your home pedicure. Most drugstores and grocery stores sell inexpensive pedicure kits that include orange sticks, foam toe separators, and files, as well as a variety of scrubs, soaks, and lotions.
